Smith, Tollefson, Rahrick & Cass serves as city attorneys for the Cities of Medford and Claremont. We have assisted those small but growing communities in their expansion and development efforts. The firm has drafted ordinances, resolutions, development agreements, and other documents, and represents these communities in civil litigation.

Since 1998, the firm has been general counsel for South Country Health Alliance, a managed care organization organized and owned by its constituent counties. Through its network of providers and the social service and public health departments of its counties, SCHA provides coordinated health services to recipients of public programs.

We also handle litigation involving other municipalities and units of government, including zoning, conditional use permits, and claims and litigation.
